LASUSTECH Post-UTME/DE 2026: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details have been officially announced by the management of the Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu, for the 2026/2027 academic session.
This screening exercise is a mandatory step for both Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) candidates seeking admission into the institution.
The university has transitioned the process online, ensuring that applicants can complete their registration and screening safely from any location without needing to visit the campus physically.
This is to notify the general public, particularly candidates seeking admission into the Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu in the 2026/2027 academic session of the commencement and guidelines for the Post-UTME online admission screening exercise as follows:
(i) Only candidates who chose the Lagos State University of Science and Technology as their first choice Institution in the 2026 UTME, obtained a minimum UTME score of 195 and possess the required O’Level subjects at credit level at not more than two (2) sittings are eligible for admission into the University.
(ii) All Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into Lagos State University of Science and Technology for the 2026/2027 Academic Session must also undertake the screening, however, such candidates must have obtained the Direct Entry Form from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and must have chosen Lagos State University of Science and Technology as their First Choice Institution to be eligible.
(iii) Only candidates of Lagos State Origin for 100 level and Direct Entry, who have proven their claims successfully before the State of Origin Verification Committee (SOVC) set up by the Lagos State University of Science and Technology, will be allowed to participate in the Online Admission Screening Exercise.

Candidates are to make a payment of N2000.00 for Post UTME screening and N8000.00 Administrative fee only to Lagos State University of Science and Technology through this link: https://admission.lasustech.edu.ng and follow the instructions as stated in the procedure for LASUSTECH application for admission.

Candidates should please note that the Portal for the online screening will open at 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 (to commence the exercise) and close at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, 31st July, 2026.
General Information

(i) Every candidate must satisfy the O’Level requirements of the programme of his/her choice before undertaking the post UTME screening.
(ii) All candidates must upload their O’Level results on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
