Recommended

The admission process has therefore not reached the final offer stage.
Not Admitted
Not Admitted means the candidate has not yet been offered admission.
The university may not have released all admission lists or the candidate’s status may still be pending.
Pending
Pending means the candidate’s application is still being processed.
Candidates with this response can continue checking JAMB CAPS for changes to their status.
What to Do After UNIZIK Admission Is Offered
A candidate whose CAPS status shows Admission Offered will need to accept or reject the offer.
Accept or Reject Through Biometrics
The candidate can complete the admission response through biometrics at an approved JAMB CBT centre.
The admission offer can then be accepted or rejected through the required JAMB process.
Accept or Reject Through SMS
The candidate can also send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to the JAMB profile.
The same registered phone number should be used for the response.
After accepting the admission, the candidate can print the JAMB Admission Letter for official use.

Candidates using a mobile phone may find that the full CAPS page does not appear.
When this happens, the browser can be switched to Desktop Mode. A candidate using Chrome can open the browser menu and select Request Desktop Site.
The full CAPS admission status page should then become available.
What Candidates Still Waiting for Admission Can Do
Candidates whose status remains Admission in Progress, Recommended, Not Admitted or Pending can continue checking JAMB CAPS for an update.
Other admission batches may be released later. Candidates can therefore continue checking JAMB CAPS and UNIZIK updates for further admission lists.
