The College of Nursing Sciences Maiduguri Post-UTME Form for the 2026/2027 academic session is officially out. The management commenced the sale of admission forms on Monday, 8th June 2026. 

This year, the minimum JAMB cut-off point is 170 for the National Diploma (ND) Nursing program and 150 for Community Nursing. Eligible candidates who chose the institution as their first choice can secure their forms for a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 via REMITA.

Available Programmes for College of Nursing Sciences Maiduguri Post-UTME

The College has listed two programmes for the admission exercise.

  • National Diploma in Nursing, ND Nursing, with JAMB cut-off point of 170 and above
  • Community Nursing Programme, with JAMB cut-off point of 150 and above

Candidates should apply for the programme that matches their UTME score and admission interest.

Candidates must have chosen College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri as First Choice in the 2026 UTME/JAMB.

The College will accept the required O’Level credits from one examination body or a combination of two, as stipulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

Accepted combinations include:

  • WAEC and WAEC
  • WAEC and NECO
  • NECO and NECO
  • NABTEB and NABTEB
  • National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies

Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible.

How Much Is the Application Fee?

The application fee is N10,000.

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid into the College account through REMITA.

How Can Candidates Apply?

Candidates are to apply through the College of Nursing Sciences Maiduguri admission portal and follow the instructions on the portal.

The application process will be completed as follows:

  1. Visit the admission portal.
  2. Follow the application instructions displayed on the portal.
  3. Pay the non-refundable N10,000 fee into the College account through REMITA.
  4. Complete the required application details.
  5. Submit the form through the stated process.

Candidates should pay only through the approved channels stated by the College.

When Will Candidates Collect Examination Cards?

Candidates who complete the application process successfully are advised to obtain their examination cards from 3 August 2026.

No candidate will be allowed into the examination hall without an examination card.

When Will the Aptitude Examination Hold?

The aptitude examination will be held on Saturday, 22 August 2026.

The examination time is 7:00am and the venue is the College of Nursing CBT Centre.
