Development and Validation of an Online Emotional Intelligence Training Program

The development and validation of an online training program for increasing EI abilities in adults have been described in a recent study. The training program was based on theoretical models of emotional functioning and empirical evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches for training emotional awareness and regulation.

Finally, the third tier focused on applying these skills in real-life situations.
