Standard plans limit the system usage based on the total number of registered users. You can deactivate an inactive user to free up a position for a new user. Standard plans come with hard limits. You cannot have more users than your account limit.

With annual pricing you pay for a year ahead and secure yourself a valuable discount when compared to monthly pricing.

Whatever plan you decide to use, you’ll get unlimited support (yes, even on Free plans). You can start a support ticket from your portal’s dashboard.

There aren’t any storage limits on courses. The Free plan has a 100MB per uploaded file limit, and paid plans have a 600MB per file limit, but there’s no cap on the total storage you can use.
